When do you start Fall Cleanups?
Fall Cleanups typically start in late October and run through the second week of December, depending on weather and leaf drop. We’ll notify you when your cleanup is scheduled.
Do you come once or can I schedule multiple cleanups?
Most customers choose weekly or biweekly visits during the leaf-drop season, depending on how quickly their yard fills up. If you have heavy tree coverage, regular visits help keep the property clean and prevent leaves from piling up before winter.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No — as long as we have access to the property, we can complete the cleanup without you being home. Please unlock any gates before we arrive.
Do you haul away all the leaves and debris?
We typically move all leaves and debris to the curb for your town’s leaf pickup service. If your town does not offer curbside collection, we can haul everything away for an additional charge. Just let us know your location and we’ll handle it accordingly.
Will leaving leaves on the lawn really cause damage?
Yes. Thick leaf layers trap moisture and block sunlight, which can lead to mold, disease, and dead patches under the snow. A Fall Cleanup protects your turf through winter and prevents spring issues.
Can I add gutter cleaning or pruning?
Yes — these extra services can be added on. Just let us know when you book, and we’ll include them in your estimate.
What should I do before you arrive?
Please remove toys, hoses, and personal items from the lawn and beds. Ensure gates are unlocked so our crew can access all areas safely.
Does this service include trimming or shrub work?
Light pruning or shrub trimming can be added, but it is not automatically included. If your plants need shaping before winter, we can include that in your quote.
Will the cleanup affect my lawn if there’s an early frost or snow?
A light frost or early snowfall won’t affect your Fall Cleanup. As long as the lawn isn’t fully snow-covered, we can still remove leaves and debris. If weather becomes too severe, we’ll reschedule your visit for the next available window to ensure your property is properly cleaned before winter.
