Skips are allowed with advanced notice. However, if the lawn becomes overgrown, a one-time cleanup fee may apply due to extra time and labor.

Yes — please remove toys, hoses, lawn furniture, and any other items from the yard before your mowing day, and make sure any gates are unlocked and pets are inside. We are not responsible for damage to objects left in the lawn during service.
We mow on a 7-day schedule, weather permitting, throughout the entire mowing season — typically resulting in around 27–30 cuts per season. Because weather can shift our schedule, we can't guarantee an exact day each week, but you'll receive notifications with your target mowing day and any weather-related updates.
No — as long as we have access to the property and any gates are unlocked, you do not need to be home. We complete the service and send a notification when your lawn is finished.
Rain delays may push your mowing to the next available dry day. We maintain a strict weekly rotation and will never skip a week without notifying you.
We only offer weekly mowing to ensure a clean, healthy lawn and to prevent overgrowth or turf damage.
If the lawn is excessively long or overgrown, a one-time cleanup mowing fee may apply. We will inform you before starting.
You can either pay upfront at the beginning of the season for a discounted rate or choose monthly billing with a card on file. Monthly payments are charged automatically on the same day each month.
We mulch clippings by default to promote lawn health. Bagging is available as an add-on if you prefer a cleaner finish during heavy growth periods.

Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime before their next billing date with no penalty. Prepay customers are covered for the full season — if you need to cancel early, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
