Do I need to be home for service?
No — as long as we have access to the property and any gates are unlocked, you do not need to be home. We complete the service and send a notification when your lawn is finished.
How often will you mow my lawn?
We mow on a 7-day schedule, weather permitting. This typically results in around 30 cuts per season.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Rain delays may push your mowing to the next available dry day. We maintain a strict weekly rotation and will never skip a week without notifying you.
Do you offer bi-weekly mowing?
We only offer weekly mowing to ensure a clean, healthy lawn and to prevent overgrowth or turf damage.
What if my grass is very tall for the first visit?
If the lawn is excessively long or overgrown, a one-time cleanup mowing fee may apply. We will inform you before starting.
How does billing work?
You can either pay upfront at the beginning of the season for a discounted rate or choose monthly billing with a card on file. Monthly payments are charged automatically on the same day each month.
Do you bag grass clippings?
We mulch clippings by default to promote lawn health. Bagging is available as an add-on if you prefer a cleaner finish during heavy growth periods.
What should I do about pets or gate access?
Please ensure pets are inside and gates are unlocked on your mowing day. A locked gate may delay your service.
What if I need to skip a week?
Skips are allowed with advanced notice. However, if the lawn becomes overgrown, a one-time cleanup fee may apply due to extra time and labor.
What areas do you service?
Our online quote tool will confirm if your address is within our service area. Just enter your address at checkout or on our homepage.
Do I need to prepare the lawn before each visit?
Yes — please remove toys, hoses, lawn furniture, and any other items from the yard before your mowing day. We are not responsible for damage to objects left in the lawn during service. Our crew will do a quick inspection before mowing, but your help keeping the lawn clear is greatly appreciated. Also, please make sure any gates are unlocked so our equipment can access the entire property.

We mow on a 7-day schedule, weather permitting, throughout the entire mowing season. Spring and fall growth can be fast, so we stay on a strict weekly rotation. Summer may naturally stretch slightly due to heat and slower growth, but we always maintain consistent service. Because weather can shift our schedule, we cannot guarantee an exact day of the week—however, you’ll receive scheduling notifications with your target mowing day, and we’ll update you if weather causes any delays.
