Quick answers before you sign up.
No — you do not need to be home. As long as we have access to the property and any gates are unlocked, we can complete the cleanup without you being present. We’ll send a notification when the work is completed.
Yes. Removing winter debris, clearing matted leaves, and redefining bed edges helps the lawn breathe and allows for a clean, crisp first cut. A proper Spring Cleanup sets the foundation for a healthier and better-looking lawn throughout the season.
Our Spring Cleanup includes removing leaves, sticks, and winter debris from lawn and bed areas, redefining bed edges, blowing out hard surfaces, and preparing the property for the first mow of the season. Additional services such as mulch installation or pruning can be added upon request.
Please remove toys, hoses, decorations, and any personal items from lawn and bed areas. This helps our crew work efficiently and ensures nothing gets damaged. If you have gates, please unlock them before our arrival.
We usually begin Spring Cleanups as soon as weather conditions allow — often in late March or early April. Scheduling depends on temperature, snow melt, and ground conditions. You’ll receive notifications before your cleanup is scheduled.
Yes, to a degree. Slightly damp ground is fine, but extremely saturated conditions may require rescheduling to avoid rutting or turf damage. We monitor weather conditions closely and adjust as needed.
Absolutely. All leaves, sticks, and debris collected during the cleanup are removed from your property unless you request otherwise.
Basic light pruning can be added, but it is not automatically included. If your shrubs or plants need trimming, just let us know and we can add it to your quote.
Mulch installation is available as an add-on service. If you’d like mulch after your cleanup, we can schedule it for the same day or the following week depending on availability.
No — Spring Cleanups are a separate, one-time seasonal service and are not included in weekly mowing. This service prepares your property for the mowing season by removing built-up debris and overgrowth.
